His academic and professional qualifications include B. Sc (H) Statistics and Masters in Business Economics (MBE) with specialization in Finance & Econometrics from University of Delhi. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has Completed Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) from ICFAI. He is a Fellow member of Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI) and a member of the Institute and faculty of Actuaries, UK.

Tanushree is a commercial lawyer with a broad practice in commercial litigation, international arbitration, commercial dispute resolution and corporate transactional law. Tanushree has an in-depth understanding of how the needs of the corporates could juxtapose with the overtly fundamental yet ever-expanding legal trends and requirements as I did my major in advertising and marketing. Tanushree assist her team in charting out and strategizing corporate transactions and inter-corporate/ personal dispute resolution mechanisms to achieve the optimum level of efficiency for the clients ensuring minimized expected threats. She has gained extensive experience in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration under UNCITRAL and SIAC rules. She regularly appear before various jurisdictional High Courts as the sole counsel and also as instructing counsel in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings in international and domestic commercial disputes. She also assist clients with corporate governance, continuous disclosure, regulatory compliance and general corporate advisory.

CA Amit Singh is a IBBI Registered Valuer. He is an alumni of India's biggest valuation team at one of the world’s Big4 consulting firm “Ernst & Young”. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and bachelor in law (LLB) from prestigious Law Centre-I of Law Faculty of University of Delhi. Amit has over 14 years of exposure and hands on experience in dealing with nitty-gritty of valuation of businesses/ equity for private ventures as well as for public enterprises for purposes like Transactions - Sale or Purchase, Compliances - FEMA, Transfer Pricing or requirement of RBI, Indirect Transfers, Valuation of financial instruments/ derivatives like SOP & ESOPs, preference shares, debentures etc., valuation of real properties and intangible assets like Brand, copyright, customer contract, customer relation etc. He has served several reputed multinational corporations and offshore consulting firms. Amit is also a visiting faculty at School of Finance, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, run by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

Mrs. Rewati has done B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Nagpur University and M.Tech in Transportation Engineering from GTU. She is a registered valuer of the Land and Building Asset Class also. She has completed various projects such as

1. A viability study for implementing monorail as a transit system for the urban arterial road- Ahmedabad
2. Analysing monorail as a transit system for the urban arterial road: a case study of Ahmedabad” at a national conference on ‘transportation and water resource engineering” L.D.college of engineering.
3. “Monorail a guided system be an approving transit system in developing countries like India” in the international journal for scientific research and development 2015.

Presently she is working as an Assistant Professor at Silver Oak College Of Engineering and Technology, Ahmedabad for the last 5 years.

Deepti Gupta is a qualified valuation expert, an urban planner and an architect with an experience of around 15 yrs. She is currently associated with a seasoned valuation firm and provides services on matters related to various banking clients and individual clients.

As a Land and Building architect she has provided her project management services to ensure timely delivery of large-scale projects.

She has well diversified exposure working with clients spread across India. Additionally, while pursuing her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning program, she travelled to Indonesia to prepare the development plan for the city of Medan. She had an opportunity to work with engineers, economists and the government officials during this endeavor.

She has submitted a comprehensive thesis on “Integrated township development” which was appreciated with renowned academicians and senior town planners.
